License Agreement

Licenses cannot be changed or transferred. If you wish to use Photos under a different license a new license must be purchased for that product.

 
We make it easy and affordable for everyone by offering three license types: Non-commercial,  Freelance and Studio:

Non-commercial

Non-Commercial as “not primarily intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation.”

Photos may be used for an unlimited amount of personal and educational projects.
 
Freelance

For a single self-employed freelancer (professional or non-professional) or small independent/outsourcing studio of 2-20 employees

Photos may be used for an unlimited amount of personal, non-commercial, commercial and educational projects.
You may sell and distribute any commercial products made with the Photos, provided that the Photos are significantly modified and not being resold or redistributed in their original form or in a way that otherwise violates our Terms and Conditions.

Freelance License restrictions:

The  Images  may  be  shared  by  creating an image library, database, network configuration or similar arrangement as long as no more than twenty (20) individuals (including  you) employed by the same entity have access to the Images.  You expressly acknowledge that this is not a “simultaneous users license” and you may not have more than twenty  (20) specific people access the Images even if only twenty (20) people are accessing the Images at any particular time.  It does not grant usage rights to third parties, outsourcing partners, affiliate companies, subcontractors, subsidiaries or off-site contractors.

Studio

For studio or developer working in film, games, advertising or any other media with over 50 employees

Max. users per license: 50
Photos may be used for an unlimited amount of commercial or non-commercial projects.
You may sell and distribute any commercial products made with the Photos, provided that the Photos are significantly modified and not being resold or redistributed in their original form or in a way that otherwise violates our Terms and Conditions.

Studio License restrictions:

The  Images  may  be  shared  by  creating an image library, database, network configuration or similar arrangement as long as no more than fifty (50) individuals (including  you) employed by the same entity have access to the Images.  You expressly acknowledge that this is not a “simultaneous users license” and you may not have more than fifty (50) specific people access the Images even if only fifty (50) people are accessing the Images at any particular time.  It does not grant usage rights to third parties, outsourcing partners, affiliate companies, subcontractors, subsidiaries or off-site contractors.
